Welcome to BulkSMS.bz. By accessing or using our website, services, or platforms, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using BulkSMS.bz, purchasing any messaging credits, or accessing our platform means you accept and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines communicated by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding agreement to use our services. Businesses using our services must ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

3. Use of Services

Our services include WhatsApp Business API, RCS for Business, OTP SMS, Voice SMS, Promotional SMS, Transactional SMS, website development, hosting, and other communication tools.

Users agree not to use BulkSMS.bz services for:

  • Sending spam, phishing, fraudulent, or misleading messages
  • Unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violating TRAI, DLT, WhatsApp, RCS, or any regulatory guidelines
  • Impersonation or unauthorised use of sender IDs
  • Bulk messaging without proper consent from recipients

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.

4. DLT & Regulatory Compliance

For SMS services in India, users must register their entity, headers, and templates with DLT as required by TRAI. BulkSMS.bz is not liable for message rejections or delivery issues arising from non-compliance.

5. Message Delivery

While we strive for high delivery rates, message delivery depends on multiple external factors including telecom operators, handset availability, internet connectivity, and third-party platforms.

We do not guarantee:

  • 100% delivery
  • Real-time delivery
  • Delivery in case of network restrictions or downtime

No refunds are provided for messages successfully submitted to the operator.

6. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their API keys, login details, and dashboards. BulkSMS.bz is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

7. Payments & Refunds

All purchases made on BulkSMS.bz are final. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Wrong template usage
  • DLT rejections
  • Non-delivery due to operator/network issues
  • Unused credits after service expiration

Payments for website development, hosting, and digital services are non-refundable once work has started.

8. Fair Usage Policy

To protect system stability, BulkSMS.bz may limit throughput, restrict delivery, or temporarily pause accounts showing unusual traffic or abuse risk.

9. Prohibited Content

Sending the following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Adult, illegal, or defamatory material
  • Hate speech, threats, or harmful content
  • Political content without permission
  • Financial scams, crypto traps, or misleading offers
  • Unauthorised promotions or bulk spam

Violations may lead to permanent suspension without refund.

10. Website Development & Hosting
  • Timelines depend on the content and approvals provided by the user.
  • Hosting renewals must be paid before expiration to avoid data loss.
  • BulkSMS.bz is not responsible for third-party plugin issues, downtime, or maintenance delays.
11. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, graphics, designs, and software on BulkSMS.bz are the property of the company. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

BulkSMS.bz is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business reputation
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Delivery failures caused by operators or platforms
  • Incorrect usage by the customer

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the user for the current billing period.

13. Modifications to Terms

BulkSMS.bz may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of legal rules, misuse, non-payment, or harmful activity. Users may request account closure anytime, but no refunds will be provided.
