At BulkSMS.bz, we aim to deliver reliable messaging and communication services. Since our platform works on prepaid credits and real-time operator routing, all purchases are processed immediately. To maintain fairness and system integrity, our refund policy is outlined below.
1. No Refund on Used or Partially Used ServicesOnce SMS credits, WhatsApp credits, RCS messages, Voice SMS, or any other communication service is purchased and used, no refund will be provided—whether partially or fully.
2. Non-Refundable SituationsRefunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Messages rejected due to DLT issues, wrong template, or header mismatch
- Messages not delivered because of operator downtime, network failures, handset issues, or Do-Not-Disturb restrictions
- Credits deducted for messages successfully submitted to the operator
- Wrong purchase of credits, plans, or service packs
- Misuse of API keys, unauthorized access, or account compromise
- Delay caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, RCS, telecom operators, hosting providers)
- Website development or hosting fees after work has begun
All payments for digital services including development, hosting, integrations, and custom development are strictly non-refundable.
3. Refunds for Duplicate PaymentsIf a duplicate payment is made due to a banking or technical error, we will verify the transaction and issue a refund or adjust the amount as service credits. Verification may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment gateway.
4. Refunds for Unused CreditsUnused credits are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred, revalidated, or adjusted into another BulkSMS.bz service at our discretion.
5. Wallet, Credits & ValidityAll credits added to your wallet come with a predefined validity. Expired credits cannot be refunded, extended, or reinstated unless covered under a promotional policy.
6. Account Suspension Due to ViolationIf your account is suspended or terminated due to:
- Spam activity
- Illegal content
- Wrongful usage
- Non-compliance with TRAI, DLT, WhatsApp, or RCS rules
No refund will be issued for remaining credits or active plans.
7. Service InterruptionTemporary downtime, scheduled maintenance, or operator congestion do not qualify for refunds.
